Battlefield Houston offers great part-time and full-time opportunities. Both our indoor and outdoor laser tag is the next generation style of laser tag gaming. We design new games, build battlefields around the greater Houston area and beyond, work with ages 8 to 80 for birthday parties, group events, carnivals, festivals, proms, graduations, fundraisers, corporate parties, picnics, churches, schools, and so much more. We play games that all ages want to play!
Battlefield Houston is looking for applicants for both our Indoor location on W. Little York and for our Mobile team:
Mobile Team Requirements:
Our Mobile events are generally run on the weekends, but not restricted to weekends. You must have availability most weekends throughout the day. Availability for "half-days" will not work.
- Must have transportation to get you to the W. Little York office or other location as deemed appropriate to assist in loading. Unless you are applying for a driver role, you do not drive to any event.
- If you are applying for a driver role, you must be over age 25, must have a truck with low mileage and good appearance, must have a clean driving record, and have a history of reliability.
- Must be in shape and can handle the heat or cold. Our mobile events are 90% outdoors in the sun and sometimes in the rain. Our setups can require you to lift heavy objects multiple times for multiple events.
- Must be age 15 or greater. (Unless your my kid, then I put you to work at 13).
- No exposed tattoos, no piercings on the face. Overall must be clean cut with extremely good manners.

Indoor Team Requirements:
Battlefield Referee:
Our Battlefield Referee control our entire game set. A lot of our newer games come from our referees creating new ideas and inventing new sets of games based on their own experiences. The priority is customer safety which means you must have the ability to enforce our safety rules and can't be shy about it. You will have to become familiar with all aspects for configuration of our equipment and ensure everything is in proper working order. Also must ensure the equipment is ready for use and stored correctly after usage. Interface with customers on training briefings, mission briefings and tactical tips.
- No exposed tattoos, no piercings on the face. Overall must be clean cut with extremely good manners.
- Must be age 15 or greater. (Unless your my kid, then I put you to work at 13)
- MUST have transportation to our W. Little York office. Calling to say you are late or won't be in because your ride isn't there will get you removed from payroll. (Just providing an early warning).
- Must be available for weekends and evenings during the week.
- Most positions are part-time. Full time options only available to senior team members that have proven their skills.
Battlefield Front Desk:
The Front Desk is our first engagement with our customer and it is very important to make a great first impression. You must have great skills working with the public, trustworthy, and an ability to multi-task. This position is a high-stress job. Parents are anxious on days they come in for birthdays and can sometimes pass that stress on to you. It is our job to alleviate their stress and ensure their events go flawlessly.
- No exposed tattoos, no piercings on the face. Overall must be clean cut with extremely good manners.
- Ability to speak Spanish or other languages a plus but not required.
- MUST have transportation to our W. Little York office. Calling to say you are late or won't be in because your ride isn't there will get you removed from payroll. (Just providing an early warning).
- Must be available for weekends and evenings during the week.
- Must be able to handle high stress and multi-task well. We want our customers to be extremely happy with our service.
- Most positions are part time. Full time options only available to senior team members that have proven their skills.
Technician:
The Battlefield Houston Technician works with our engineering team and battlefield team on maintenance, break/fix issues and designing and building our prototypes of our new battlefield props. This person works on a part time basis to assist the different teams and therefore must be able to get along with everyone.
- Electronic experience required. Must be able to solder, wood work, and other handyman options.
